Contains newspapers, magazines, postcard and instruction booklet from his military station in Montgomery, Ala., Arcadio, Fla., and Caspar, Wyo. The instruction booklet details photography, writing, and maintenance extension classes.

Arthur W. Weber Jr. was active in the Reserve Officer Training Corps while attending Grand Rapids Union High School, 1937-1940. At Harris Neck, Georgia, in the remote northern reaches of McIntosh County, the United States government, in the fall of 1942, confiscated the lands along the South Newport and Barbour Island Rivers.
